Grow Your Mold Business
Categoryland Mold Help is a referral service. We do not hire employees or run crews. Instead, we connect homeowners who have a mold problem with independent providers. If you run your own business and want more homeowner calls, this page is for you.
You keep your brand, your prices and your schedule. You work with the customer directly.
Who We Are Looking For
We want local providers who do real work in homes. That includes:
- Mold remediation and residential mold removal
- Black mold removal and cleanup after water events
- Mold inspection and testing
Solo operators and small companies are welcome. Experience with humid climates, concrete block homes, slab construction and condos is a plus.
What We Expect
Homeowners are busy and often worried. We ask providers to treat them well.
- Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires, and be ready to say so honestly
- Explain the job in plain words
- Give a written quote before work starts
- Be upfront about scope, containment and moisture sources
- Show up when you say you will, and tell the homeowner if plans change
- Avoid promises you cannot keep, including pricing or insurance outcomes
We do not vouch for providers' credentials. Homeowners will ask about them, so keep your documents current.
How to Apply
Send a short email to contact@categoryland.garden. Include:
- Your business name and the services you offer
- The towns and areas you serve
- Your license and insurance details, where they apply
- Your usual scheduling windows, including any evening or weekend options
- A phone number for homeowner calls
We review each request and reply with next steps. Sending an email does not obligate either side.
